Menghitung Tarif Setiap Kamar (RRS)

Room Rate Spread adalah rumus penting lainnya yang digunakan oleh tim manajemen pendapatan di hotel besar maupun hotel menengah kebawah.

Nilai rate spread diperoleh dari hasil penjualan berbagai tipe kamar di hotel ,tipe kamar tersebut difasilitasi dengan berbeda-beda sesuai dengan harga yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen hotel. Rate Spread dihitung dengan mengambil selisih antara Potensial Average Double Rate dan Potensial Average Single Rate . 

Rumus Untuk Menghitung Spread Rate

Spread Tarif = Potensi Tarif Ganda Rata-Rata - Potensi Tarif Tunggal Rata-Rata

Contoh 1 Rumus RRS

Potential Average Single Rate   = 150.00

Potential Average Double Rate  = 225.00

Rate Spread of the hotel      = 225.00 - 150.00

                                                 = 75.00

Contoh 2 Rumus RRS

Potential Average Double Rate  = 109.00

Potential Average Single Rate   = 99.00

Tarif Spread hotel      = 109.00 - 99.00

                                                = 10.00

Contoh 3 Rumus RRS Tarif Bulanan

Potential Average Double Rate untuk satu bulan = 158.88

Potential Average Single Rate untuk satu bulan  = 129.69

Rate Spread of the hotel      = 158.88 - 129.69

                                                = 29.19
